Welcome to KJM Studios - A professional recording and production facility based in the West Midlands.

Featuring a full band tracking room with separate drum and vocal booths, and our spacious control room which is fully air conditioned. Based around a large format analogue console, integrated with Pro Tools HDX. Forming that perfect bond between analogue warmth and digital versatility.

We offer a multitude of services here including; recording, mixing, vocal tuning, drum editing and sample replacement, HD music and promo videos and not forgetting our merchandise design and production service - Everything you need to get a Single - EP or Album off the ground in the best way possible.

Providing a creative environment is important to us here at KJM Studios, we've built an atmosphere and vibe that is best for you, thus bringing out your best performance - Sofas and chairs around the studio give you plenty of space to kick back and relax while not tracking.

Early Start or late finish? In our fully kitted out kitchen you can fix up a tea, coffee or a meal to get you ready to lay down your parts perfectly. We are 5 minutes drive from the city centre and can arrange delivery of various food options.

Accommodation nearby includes B&Bs and a Travelodge.

Our experienced and dedicated team will work alongside you on your project to create and mold your vision into a professional quality product that you'll be proud of, and your fans will love.

PRE PRODUCTION

Everything starts with Pre Production. We'll work alongside yourselves to lay the foundations with guides, clicks, tones , song arrangement and textures..

VOCAL TUNING

Vocal pitch a little bit out here and there? Not to worry, just like our drum fixing we can straighten out those little details, giving you that clean, crisp vocal you're after.

RECORDING

Our spacious live room, and slate walled drum room offer the perfect environments for huge drums, gut wrenching bass and gritty guitars.

REAMPING

Whether it's crushing heavy guitar tones or warm smooth bass tones. Using your DI signals we go through a large selection of cabs and amps to mold your sound.

MIXING

Utilizing our extensive collection of hardware and plugins we create a quality product, processed through our detailed console equipment.

LIVE RECORDING SESSIONS

Want to catch that raw natural live sound from your band? We provide our live rooms to capture the full band dynamic balanced with EQ's and plugins from the studio.

DRUM EDITING

Laying down the perfect drums is the dream, but you're only human. We will take your drums and iron out any kinks, while keeping them clean cut and natural sounding.

INHOUSE GUITAR TECH

String broken? Intonation out too? Not to worry, with our inhouse guitar tech you don't have to worry as he is always ready for any problems that may occur.

Music & Merchandise go hand in hand so as a studio it makes sense to offer the complete package. Our inhouse graphic and printing team bring your ideas to life, meaning you can record your music, film your music video and get your merchandise all from the same reliable team.

Competitively priced and manufactured to a high standard, KJM can provide small or large runs of t-shirts, hoodies, vests and long sleeve t-shirts. We also produce badges, stickers, mugs, and we even print band names and logos onto kick drum skins and flightcases.
